If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to any products you purchase from us.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
- Application: The software program provided by the Company, named Krishimaya.
- Company: (Referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to Krishimaya, the company operating this service.
- Goods: The items available for sale on the Service.
- Orders: Your request to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service: Refers to our website at https://krishimaya.in/.
- Website: Refers to Krishimaya, accessible from https://krishimaya.in/.
- You: The individual or legal entity using our Service.
2. Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your Order within 7 days without giving any reason. The 7-day period begins from the day you, or a third party you have appointed, receive the Goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can do so by email at: contact@shop.krishimaya.in.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
3. Conditions for Returns
For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specific requests or that are clearly personalised.
- Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have an expired date.
- Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
Please note: Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
4. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send the Goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. A refund cannot be issued without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of a received return delivery.
5. Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
